Member of ISAT

American Prep International School is a full member of ISAT (International Schools Association of Thailand) and regularly attends conferences. By participating in the activities of ISAT American Prep fulfills it’s mandate to support international education endeavors in Thailand.

Purpose and function of ISAT

The International Schools Association of Thailand was initially established in 1994  to be a link between its member schools and the Thai Ministry of Education (MOE). Today, with 120 member schools, it works with the government ministry of Education  to build understanding of the benefits of international education in Thailand. However, ISAT  is more than just a link between schools and government. Whilst it continues to promote quality international school education it also goes beyond its own member schools to foster quality education in all schools in Thailand. In that sense, ISAT has become a driving force for high education standards in the Kingdom.

It is a privilege for APIS management and staff to be involved with ISAT in its meetings, conferences and research endeavors. These various functionalities of ISAT continues to bring inspiration to our staff while at the same time also providing opportunities for staff to develop leadership and expertise on a wider level than only in the local classroom and school.
