Dear APIS Parents,
Out of an abundance of caution and despite having no confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Hat Yai, Thailand, the Minister of Education has recommended the temporary closure of all international schools as we work together to combat the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
APIS will be temporarily closed from Wednesday, March 18, 2020, and reopen on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
APIS will fully comply with the recommendations of the Minister of Education of Thailand, ISAT, and chief health officials of Thailand.
During the closure:
PRE K , K1, K2, K3, G1, G2
- The teacher will assign/recommend study materials for children on a DAILY basis
- We would like to ask parents for full cooperation/help with theses assignments
- TEACHER – PARENT communication will be done through LINE or CLASS DOJO (please check your LINE messages accordingly)
G4 – G12
- Students will be able to access their EDMODO accounts to complete homework and other tasks
- TEACHER – PARENT communication will be done through LINE or CLASS DOJO (please check your LINE messages accordingly)
NOTES:
- APIS PARENT-TEACHER meetings scheduled from March 23-27,2020 are cancelled
